Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees ConceptShare software be available 99.7% of the time in any 12 month period within our customer’s agreements, excluding maintenance periods.

Our SLA score for September was 99.939% - a great sign that our quality assurance processes are meeting or are better than this guarantee.
